• Designed with the minimum number of moving parts, these compressors are reliable, robust and capable of continuous running for numerous applications. They are easy to use, easy to install and fully ready for plug and play. With fully removable side panels the compressor is quick and easy to maintain and service, minimising downtime and maximising reliability.
• Thanks to the fully removable side panels, these compressors can be serviced quickly and easily, which minimizes downtime and maximizes availability.
• The range has been expanded up to 7.5 kW, with a new lower cost variant at 7.5 kW, the controller offers improved visibility to see at a glance the compressor outputs. It also has better connectivity for sequencing with other air compressors - when it's run in conjunction with another model to provide more air when needed.
• The new canopy design gives easy access to speed up and improve machine servicing, the air dryers are built and manufactured in house giving you the same expert level of manufacturing and quality with the dryer that you have come to expect from your CompAir compressor.

• The Controller has been completely redesigned with the following new features and improvements:

1. Better display that shows pressure, oil temperature and compressor's status (load / unload) at the same time.
2. Communication port RS485 instead of RS232 (supports Modbus)

CompAir's 55 to 75 kW screw compressor range has been enhanced with 2 additional "e" models offering improved performance in this kW size while at the same time being around 10% smaller than comparable machines.

The new compressors are available in both fixed and regulated speeds – which can help reduce a system’s total cost of ownership significantly – as well as air-cooled and water-cooled options.

The new models offer the following improvements:

• Re designed GD6 semi integrated airend with better performance that can reach 5-6 % improvement  at high speed
• 3-8% efficiency improvement for complete package standard models.
• Smaller footprint by 11% compared to old models
• Implementation of new automatic oil regulation valve for variable speed models provides better efficiency
• New fine separator with 1 integrated seal , easy maintenance – no need to remove and re install o-rings 
• Sheet metal free of welding. All doors hinged to ease maintenance and reduce installation space.  Easy access on the machines from all points
• Motor standard asynchronous version IE3 standard  or IE4 as an option

The new versatile screw compressor range from 30 to 45 kW can be configured to meet the customers' efficiency requirements. The E-models feature a larger airend delivering highest efficiency levels.

The E-Models of the L-Series screw compressors feature an extra large airend with optimised rotor tip speed achieving up to 6% energy savings.

The additional investment costs for this range of super efficient compressors will pay back in many cases in less than 12 months. The extra large airend also has a longer life expectancy.

The scroll compressor has set a new standard in compressed air delivery. Not only does this scroll compressor series meet industry standards, but this technology reduces the costs of ownership because there is no need for oil filter replacements, oil condensate treatment and energy to combat the pressure loss caused by filtration. It is 100% oil and silicone contaminant free.

A scroll compressor is also referred to as a spiral compressor, a scroll pump or a scroll vacuum pump. The rotary spiral scroll design creates a continual compressed air flow over multiple stages and there is no need for oil lubrication. A scroll compressed air system runs quieter and more smoothly than a reciprocating version because there are only two moving parts - a fixed scroll and an orbital scroll. Fewer parts make the scroll compressor energy efficient, highly reliable, and less prone to mechanical failure. Compared with a rotary screw compressor, a scroll compressor vibrates less and is almost noiseless.
